Shipping Date
We will ship the merchandise within two to three working days after we confirm your order and payment.
Shipping Costs
All items purchased through this site will be shipped to you by using the Japan Post Office Air Mail, flat rate of AUD$4.00 unless otherwise stated. The items should be arrived within 5 to 10 days, depend on the destination.
If you would like to have your items insured, please contact us before processing your order.
You can choose either Express Mail Service (EMS) or Economy Air Service (SAL).
Items sent by EMS should arrive within three to four days and by SAL should arrive within one to two weeks to most destinations.
Jewelry Care
Please avoid using liquid or paste cleaner to clean our jewelry as these chemical often damage gemstones and pearls.
To remove dirt or oil, please remember the following:
- - gently wipe off excess make-up and skin oils after each wearing
- - gently wipe the piece clean using the soft pads of your fingers or a dry soft cloth.
- - never soak pearls and coral in water, oil or any acid liquid
Please store your jewelry in our jewelry pouches or your jewelry box and in a dry, cool and dust-free environment.
All items will be places in our drawstring pouches.
Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly accept returns of unworn merchandise in original conditions for a full refund.

- * Please email us at returns@red-jewelry.com before returning items stating your order number and the reason.
- * We will not accept or take responsibility for goods damaged in return shipping.
- * Please insure your return items in a well-sealed package. We will not take responsibility for any lost, stolen, or damaged items in return shipping. No refund can be issued in such instance.
